A broken poet

Lessons of mortar

You face all the world alone
Built your walls from brick and clay
Standing strong apon a solitary hill
Facig the world alone

Bricks can be torn to a fragile dust
As well, as clays rapid decay
Relying on your emotional masonry skills
Building them higher and stronger

Stare at the couples from far away
And try and keep your distance
Tired of small talk and childs play
Their forts built from brick and hay
You watch one draw near
He looks at you with tears
Hoping you will see him different
Let his foundations stay

Guards you from the wind
Keeping him company
Slowly growing old
While he believes your arguments
Knowingly, towering along side each
Loved his presence, loathed his tolerance
Gaining codependence, as the layers tear down

Superlative infinite hole

A dark passageway of endless proportions
Forever ventured by the universe
A tunnel so easy and precisely built
Godly wonders stare apon it
From within a galactic curse
Spread arms open within
To the brain of something so old
The very thought of escapes it
Pummeling through the cold
It has a beginning
But it knows no end
The purpouse of nothing
Trapped within
The fabric of something
No time since it started
No distance travelled since it began
Systems tugged on by something seamingless
Blown and stirred by an invisible fan
Finite light shines into blackness of sootness
Shadows that will not evaporate
When it is poured light
But encapsulates all the stars
And matter in this space
Into an endless barrier that surpasses
Any true meaning of infinity
When forever ends, what is then
Initiated by solid nothingness

Fruit for my mind

Sown to the brittle bones
Of a beggar and his wife
Lived 60 years of torment
In my 20 years of life
Being reminded again of the goodtimes
Doesn't help scramble the rubbles of shyte
But you are not me, and cannot possibly comprehend
All my monsters, I had to fight

Legs tied to the tracks
Spills and cheap thrills plaster my soul
Scabs stuck on my knees
Mind on lust fed for awhile
For the lack
Of another beings touch

Spring forth in all its sorrow
In rich clusters, forming on a tree
Feeds the roots from discarded goodtimes
Fades into the funnel

Why dont you pick and eat it
Then why dont you lust for more
Bitter the poison to the lips clasp
Bright red apples in torments fast
Runs down easily to the throats treat
But kills the body as the mind eats

Piece of glass

Stop yelling at me, you said you never will
Perishing through grey of form
Discontented with why I can never sit still
Watching, before me, transform
Friends recently made
With a piece of glass in your hand

Help navigate through this sea
Taken something, for nothing
Gave a friend
To unlock it, I need the key
Acceptence of mortality
When you took the piece of glass from me

Guard the shards
Scattered on the ground
Reflections, refractions making way
Hoping you will never leave
For a find, you were sent
Torn and cut friend

Divine enactment...

Find light fading to the horizon
Fade away as sailing finds me fleeing
To choke on everchanging weather
And drink my lovesick potion
Find me adrift, calling to you
Sober or dilusioned, if I sense you near
Promised you beauty, spare purity
Be until the starlight sings for mortals
To tie bonds of life with two held dear
Parting in your white dress, and I in tie
See past our scars and scabs
Surrounded, folds the permanent to heal
See past scorns, and what others might say
I will still find happiness with you
Someday, you with me

Walking forth, no visible compass
Seeking pity on my drifting soul
Touching wings, robbed you of flight
But turn to human, and return love
Hidden in Erana's garden
Wrapped and tangled
Stay a thousand years, hold my affairs
With words of affection, and each other
Drunk on moisture from your lips
And grace, to my new found home

Clutching hands in floods and drought
In breathtaking splendour
To pray for strength in tears, but not pray alone
Comes the day to flee, we do
Follow you wherever you hear the call
Leads to much comfort in each timely embrace

To finnaly find cliffs, peaking over the ocean
Looking out over fastness of pure measurable infinity
Take off my shame once more
Welcome in creation as we entered it
With small steps hurtle us over the edge
Streams fingers and air through my hair
Clutched with the impact, into the water realm
Sinking slowly into the dark waves
Lovingly folded once more
Hear your voice, and not be ashamed
For awhile, owned it all
My only matter, at the bottom of the ocean
Smiling in preperation for eternity
